About the role
- Solution Architect SuccessFactors overseeing client projects and managing technical teams. Involved in client relations, risk management, and project compliance within international landscapes.
Responsibilities
- Actively contribute to the development of the SuccessFactors integration practice
- Oversee projects and ensure client requirements and commitments are met
- Anticipate and manage technical, financial, legal and contractual project risks
- Manage client relationships, maintaining long-term, trust-based partnerships
- Lead and manage the technical teams involved in projects
- Participate in recruiting and developing team members
- Respond to requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Contribute to internal projects
Requirements
- More than 4 years' experience in consulting
- Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors implementation
- Experience working on international projects
- Certified in at least two SuccessFactors modules
- Dynamic, rigorous, strong listening and analytical skills; team-oriented
- Adaptability and strong verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel/relocate and full professional proficiency in English
