  • Senior Solutions Consultant managing technology sales and client relationships at Heartland Business Systems. Guiding clients to reach organizational goals through customized technology solutions and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Involved in the sales process for HBS technology solutions
  • Build long-term client relationships
  • Develop customized solutions based on customer needs
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through expert guidance
  • May provide leadership and mentorship to Associate Solutions Consultants
  • Quote prices and terms of sales agreements
  • Analyze client needs and manage satisfaction issues
  • Demonstrate technical products and train clients

Requirements

  • Six or more years of related Sales Experience (in technology industry)
  • Advanced business knowledge and acumen
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
  • Mentor or leadership experience (preferred)
