Responsibilities
As a strategist, you advise and lead our clients from the institutional sector (including ministries, government agencies, associations, and public-law entities).
Depending on your experience, you take the content lead as a strategist in creating creative, coherent, and persuasive pitch and campaign concepts, which you develop together with an interdisciplinary team.
You conduct and develop target audience and topic analyses and derive key strategic insights from them.
As a sparring partner for the creative team, you prepare creative briefs, support the creative process, and ensure that strategy and creative outputs are aligned.
You have a strong interest in and the ability to develop efficient user or customer journeys for sensible orchestration of channels, formats, and content.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in strategic planning or consulting at a communications agency.
Strong presentation and advisory skills: confident presence in presentations and demonstrated strategic consulting competence.
Commercial responsibility: experience in the financial management of strategy budgets/accounts.
Additional (desirable) competencies: PR strategy, crisis communication, corporate communications, and team leadership.
Strong German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
