Responsibilities
- Unterstützung der Print- und Digital-Teams – inklusive Vertretung bei Urlaub, Krankheit und projektbedingten Peaks
- Unterstützung bei Angebots- und Abrechnungsmanagement
- Mitwirkung bei Reportings , Statusabfragen sowie Erstellung von übersichtlichen Projekt-Reports
- Eigenständiges Handling von Produktdaten: Prüfung, Koordination und Kommunikation mit Lieferanten (z. B. Anfragen, Datenaustausch, Qualitätkontrolle)
- Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Tickets (z. B. in Jira oder Monday), einschließlich Zuordnung, Statusverfolgung und Dokumentation
- Unterstützung bei der Prüfung und Dokumentation von Freigaben
- Übernahme klassischer Projektassistenz-Aufgaben, wie Protokollführung, Organisation kleinerer Aufgabenpakete und Vorbereitung von Terminen und Meetings
Requirements
- Erste Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise in Print- oder Digitalprojekten
- Grundkenntnisse in Projektmanagement-Tools wie Jira oder Monday sind von Vorteil
- Gute Organisationsfähigkeit und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Freude an Teamarbeit und Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Ansprechpartner*innen
- Zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Neues zu lernen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
