About the role

  • Senior Program Manager leading Salesforce transformation programs across multiple clients in EMEA region. Overseeing program delivery, financial performance, and client engagements in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple Salesforce transformation programs, ensuring delivery aligns with client objectives, timelines, and contractual commitments.
  • Establish strong program governance, including executive reporting, risk management, and delivery health monitoring.
  • Ensure projects consistently deliver tangible business value and customer outcomes, not just technical deliverables.
  • Lead issue resolution and escalation management for complex or high-visibility programs.
  • Own program financial performance including revenue realization, margin protection, and cost management.
  • Monitor program budgets and proactively address risks related to scope, timelines, or commercial performance.
  • Ensure disciplined change control and scope management across all engagements.
  • Provide accurate revenue forecasts and delivery health insights to practice leadership.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, ensuring programs align with broader business and digital transformation goals.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, innovation initiatives, and additional Salesforce capabilities.
  • Support sales and pre-sales activities including proposal development, delivery planning, and estimation.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Salesforce Project Managers and delivery teams.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement within the delivery organization.
  • Work with practice leadership to strengthen delivery standards, tools, and governance frameworks.
  • Ensure delivery teams follow best practices across Agile delivery, program governance, and quality assurance.
  • Partner with solution architects and functional leaders to align business objectives with technical implementation strategies.
  • Continuously improve delivery processes, resource models, and delivery predictability across the practice.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Salesforce consulting delivery experience in a System Integrator or consulting environment managing enterprise digital transformation programs.
  • Proven experience leading multi-project Salesforce programs across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery models and enterprise program governance.
  • Demonstrated experience managing program financials, forecasts, and commercial outcomes.
  • Experience working directly with senior client stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Prior experience supporting RFPs, estimations, and delivery planning for new opportunities.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and enterprise delivery governance frameworks.
  • Relevant certifications across Salesforce (Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and program management disciplines (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, SAFe) are desirable but not essential.
