Responsibilities
Serves as the senior individual contributor responsible for end-to-end ownership of Sutter Health’s Inclusion & Belonging (IB) program portfolio,
Provides operational leadership without people management, exercising authority through program governance, financial stewardship, platform ownership, analytics, and executive level reporting.
Ensures IB programs are scalable, compliant, data driven, and strategically aligned, moving the function beyond coordination into mature program management.
Requirements
8 years recent relevant experience
Knowledge of belonging and inclusion issues and best practices.
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to influence others by persuasion, negotiation, and problem solving to achieve desired outcome.
Organization skills to effectively manage and/or re-prioritize activities and projects to meet deadlines while maintaining a high degree of responsiveness.
