- Develop and maintain interface control documents (ICDs)

- Drive verification and validation planning
- Lead hardware design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR)
- Support integration, test, and launch operations
- Mentor junior engineers and foster technical excellence
- Verify compliance of hardware designs against documented requirements
Requirements
- Minimum of a B.S. degree in engineering
- 8+ years of related experience
- Knowledge of systems engineering best practices
- Demonstrated experience with flight integration and environmental qualification
- Strong understanding of subsystems and their thermal implications
- Experience with software tools such as DOORS, Jama, MATLAB, etc.
- Proven expertise in requirement analysis and interface definition
