About the role

  • Immobilier Conseiller-ere with homeloop in Strasbourg handling sales and acquisitions. Join a dynamic team to innovate in real estate transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify older/resale properties for sale in your territory
  • Contact and meet sellers and organize property viewings
  • Understand the actual needs of owner-sellers
  • Value the property with support from our commercial and technical teams (neighborhood, property features, etc.)
  • Carry out expert inspection visits
  • Offer sales support (simple or exclusive mandate) or immediate purchase with the intention of reselling
  • Analyze legal documents related to the property (minutes of general meetings, mandatory surveys/diagnostics, etc.)
  • Negotiate the main terms of the transaction with owner-sellers (price, timelines, special conditions, etc.)
  • Calibrate the purchase offer
  • Coordinate photoshoots, supervise the drafting of listings and ensure the property’s visibility on major real estate portals (we publish for you)
  • Conduct viewings with prospective buyers and confirm buyer solvency
  • Provide regular reporting to owner-sellers
  • Coordinate the signing of documents (purchase offer, preliminary sales agreement, notarial deed)

  • Independent / freelance status (auto-entrepreneur, EI, EURL, SASU, etc.)
