Responsibilities
Identify older properties for sale in your area
Contact and meet sellers and organize property viewings
Understand the actual needs of property owners selling
Value properties with the support of our commercial team
Conduct expert on-site inspections
Offer support for the sale or an immediate purchase option

Negotiate the principal terms of the transaction
