Coordinate photo shoots and ensure the property’s visibility.
Conduct visits with prospective buyers.
Verify buyers’ financial solvency.
Provide regular reporting to seller-owners.
Coordinate signing of deeds with the assistance of a notary.
Requirements
Passionate about real estate and motivated to add this new skill set: participating in our property-trading (buy-to-resell) activity.

Negotiate the main terms of the transaction with seller-owners.
Calibrate the purchase offer.
Coordinate photo shoots, oversee ad copywriting and ensure the property’s visibility.
Conduct visits with prospective buyers.
Verify the solvency of potential buyers.
Provide regular reporting to seller-owners.
Coordinate signing of deeds with the help of Chloé, our in-house notary clerk.
