Responsibilities
Identify older properties for sale in your area
Contact and meet sellers and arrange property viewings
Understand the real needs of seller-owners
Value the property with the support of our commercial and technical team (surroundings, property features, etc.)
Conduct expert inspection visits
Offer sales support (standard or exclusive mandate) or an immediate purchase with the intent to resell
Review the legal documentation related to the property (AG meeting minutes, inspection reports, etc.)
Negotiate the main terms of the transaction with seller-owners (price, timelines, special conditions, etc.)
Structure and calibrate the purchase offer
Coordinate photo shoots, supervise the drafting of listings and ensure the property’s visibility on major property portals (we publish for you)
Conduct viewings with potential buyers
Validate the solvency of potential buyers
Provide regular reporting to seller-owners
Coordinate signing of transaction documents (purchase offer, preliminary sales agreement/compromis de vente, notarized deed/acte authentique) with the assistance of Chloé, our in-house notary clerk
