Responsibilities
Identify resale properties for sale in your area.
Contact and meet sellers and arrange property viewings.
Understand sellers' actual needs.
Assess and value the property with support from our sales and technical team.
Offer sales support or an immediate purchase option.
Negotiate the main terms of the transaction with property owners/sellers.
Coordinate professional photo shoots and ensure the property's visibility.
Conduct viewings with potential buyers.
Confirm the financial solvency/eligibility of potential buyers.
Requirements
You are passionate about real estate.
Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
Experience in sales or purchase-resale is a plus.
Ability to value/appraise properties.
Ability to negotiate with property owners/sellers.
Ability to work independently.
