About the role
- (Senior) Manager Group Accounting overseeing financial processes and automating with AI solutions in a leading E-Commerce platform in Europe. Responsible for consolidation and financial reporting with a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrating and preparing the group's monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements
- Managing the audit process and serving as the central contact for external auditors
- Product ownership for LucaNet and designing the accounting internal control system (ICS) across SAP, LucaNet and Retail7
- Driving the cross-functional accounting project roadmap and managing change processes
- Continuous optimization and standardization of closing processes through automation and AI
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or Controlling
- Several years of experience in group consolidation / Group Accounting, audit engagements and external reporting
- Deep tool expertise in LucaNet
- Strong knowledge of SAP-supported closing processes
- Fluent German (business proficient)
- Good command of English
