About the role

  • Product Manager overseeing entire product lifecycle from development to optimization at HOLZRICHTER Berlin. Focusing on fashion and accessories with hybrid work options in Berlin.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the entire product lifecycle, from the initial idea through development and market launch to continuous optimization
  • Development and management of new SKUs in close coordination with suppliers (optionally including product design)
  • Responsibility for the initial creation and maintenance of product master data in the merchandise management system (ERP)
  • Continuous analysis of return rates (in particular NOOS & new SKUs) including deriving and managing concrete measures
  • Optimization of product quality and packaging in line with our brand and quality standards
  • Effective implementation of the collection plan including adherence to deadlines
  • Identifying market and customer trends and deriving collection and product impulses
  • Process ownership for the R&D area including identification and implementation of process improvements
  • Close collaboration with Purchasing, Marketing, Webshop and Customer Support
  • Clear documentation of decisions, processes and learnings (Asana, Learning Log, Playbooks)

Requirements

  • Experience in product management, ideally in fashion, bags or accessories
  • Interest in fashion and design and a good sense for brand impact
  • Strong numerical and quality understanding, particularly regarding returns, product performance and margin
  • Structured, analytical working style with a clear sense of ownership
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive decisions forward
  • Enjoyment of processes, documentation and systematic improvement
  • Hands-on mentality and a high level of responsibility
