About the role

  • Remote Systems Manager ensuring high-quality underwater intervention services for DOF's operations. Leading technical delivery and personnel management in a complex offshore environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead DOF’s Remote Systems and ROV operations ensuring safe and high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage personnel, technical delivery, and equipment readiness.
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership to the Assets and Operations team.
  • Achieve operational performance and procedural governance.

Requirements

  • IMCA qualification as ROV Supervisor or equivalent.
  • Trade or tertiary qualification in mechanical or electrical fields.
  • Associate Diploma or above in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering would be highly desirable.
  • Extensive proven experience working in a similar position with work class ROV Systems.
  • Demonstrated experience leading a high performing team in a complex offshore environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of IMCA standards and regulations.
  • General computing literacy (E-mail, Access, Microsoft Word and Excel).
  • Mechanical aptitude with a general understanding of engineering principles.
  • Strong understanding on HSEQ requirements, coupled with the ability to entrench best practice HSEQ principles and initiatives within ROV workforce and operations.
