About the role

  • Senior Account Manager at The Hoffman Agency leading integrated marketing and communications strategies across Southeast Asia. Guiding multi-market campaigns and providing strategic client counsel.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multi-market integrated marketing and communications (IMC) strategies across Southeast Asia
  • Lead and support new business efforts — from insights development and IMC strategy shaping to crafting compelling pitch stories
  • Drive regional campaign alignment, ensuring markets execute with consistency, quality, and local cultural relevance
  • Act as a senior advisor to clients — providing clear, strategic counsel and influencing decisions at various levels across the region
  • Own day-to-day program management across complex workstreams, guiding teams, managing timelines and budgets
  • Shape narratives that matter draft and refine high-stakes content
  • Strengthen media, creator, and ecosystem partnerships at a strategic level
  • Analyze market dynamics, competitive signals, and campaign performance to translate insights into strategic recommendations
  • Mentor Account Executive and Account Manager, coach teams through challenges, and nurture a culture of excellence, collaboration, and growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Business, Marketing, Journalism, or related discipline
  • 8 – 10 years of relevant experience, preferably within a PR, IMC, or integrated communications agency
  • Demonstrated strength in senior-level client management, advisory, and stakeholder alignment across Southeast Asia
  • Proven ability to lead multi-market IMC programs spanning media, content, creative, digital, social, influencer, and strategic counsel
  • Advanced writing skills — able to craft compelling narratives, executive messages, and strategic documents
  • Experience working with technology, corporate, fintech, or innovation-led sectors is an advantage
  • Strong media relations background with ability to drive meaningful, senior-level visibility
  • Comfortable managing and inspiring teams across multiple markets in Asia
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese or Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience, resourcefulness, and strong ownership
