Senior Project Manager leading intralogistics projects at HÖRMANN Intralogistics. Responsible for project planning, customer management, and team coordination in a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
Project leadership with superpowers: You don’t juggle balls, but deadlines, tasks and occasionally a team member in our intralogistics projects as the general contractor.
Master of intralogistics: You’re familiar not only with pallet racking and conveyor technology, but could theoretically navigate the warehouse blindfolded and backwards.
Master of plans: You create and maintain the necessary project plans and documentation effortlessly. You coordinate, control and monitor project activities and tasks as if you were building your own house.
Temporary boss: You assume full responsibility for the customer order—from sales to final acceptance within contractual obligations and conditions—and you hold full budgetary, operational and decision-making authority.
Communication ace: You are the competent point of contact for customers, subcontractors and project stakeholders. You lead interdisciplinary project teams made up of internal members and external partners with charm and determination.
Risk juggler: Together with your team you proactively identify project risks and decide how to handle them.
Contract expert: You know project-relevant contracts inside out and consistently monitor and evaluate contractual performance.
Requirements
Education: You hold a degree with a relevant (project management, logistics) or technical focus.
Professional experience: You have extensive hands-on experience in project management within intralogistics, preferably with an existing IPMA/PMI certification.
Methodological competence: You possess a high level of methodological expertise and strong analytical skills. You also have the diplomatic skill to mediate between customer and company interests.
Language skills and mobility: Very good German and English skills are required to operate effectively in our international environment. Occasional domestic and international travel is expected.
Social skills: You are a team player by conviction and act accordingly with both customers and suppliers. High self-motivation, solution orientation, decision-making and conflict-resolution abilities are a matter of course for you.
