About the role

  • Engaged Sales Support Staff focusing on active customer outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn. Requires strong communication skills for documentation and appointment setting.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact potential customers – primarily by phone, email and LinkedIn
  • Schedule meetings for our Head of Sales
  • Document all activities in the CRM system (calls, emails, follow-ups, contacts)
  • Maintain and update contacts and research potential target customers
  • Support organizational tasks in sales (e.g., meeting preparation, basic follow-up)

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Enjoy proactive outreach — by phone, in writing and digitally
  • Friendly persistence and reliability — you follow through
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Confident computer skills and proficiency with MS Office
  • Experience in customer contact, acquisition or as an assistant is a plus but not required
  • Technical knowledge is not necessary — you will receive clear onboarding
  • Diligence, reliability and enjoyment of repetitive tasks
