About the role

  • Purchasing Assistant in service-oriented furniture trading company, collaborating with sales, suppliers, and marketing agency. Ensuring ideal information flow and data management.

Responsibilities

  • Committed member of a 5–10-person purchasing team
  • Collaboration with sales, suppliers and advertising agency to ensure optimal information flow
  • Entry, maintenance and verification of product data
  • Checking and recording order confirmations
  • Updating supplier and product master data
  • Maintenance of promotional prices and return notes
  • Point of contact for our sales and retail teams

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or initial experience in purchasing/office work
  • Entry-level candidates or career changers (m/f/x), ideally with completed commercial vocational training
  • Strong communication skills, team orientation and a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Thoroughness, high resilience, commitment and flexibility
  • Ability to understand and work with complex processes
  • German (at least C1), English and Polish (ideally B2)
