You will be responsible for following up domestic and re-export overseas opportunities of Substation mainly and STATCOM partially from direct end-users/customers.
You will be responsible for offering the most technically appropriate and competitive solutions with tendering support.
You will participate in solution and product presentations, technical meetings, and negotiations with customers remotely or face-to-face, and provide technical support and clarification.
You will follow sales operation procedure to implement project screening and CTS, support bid/no bid analyses and decisions, and implement project risk review processes.
You will collaborate with regional FES daily, collect and report the opportunity list to the manager, and maintain Opp. in SFDC regularly.
You will be responsible for aiming at budget and delivering sales results.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements
You hold a bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in engineering (electrical engineering or power electronics is preferred).
Required with 5+ working experience in the electrical-related industry; working experience in a multinational company, engineering company, or design institute is preferred.
Knowledge of electrical power systems, products of substation and converter, applications of renewable, power quality and hydrogen, various segments of industries, utilities etc.
Strong communication skills with different stakeholders, learning agility, and good self-management skills.
Result-orientated, very responsible, and strong ability to solve conflicts.
Ability to communicate fluently and effectively in both English and Mandarin.
Team player experienced in team sports (football, basketball, volleyball, rugby, etc.)
Proficiency in both spoken & and written English language is required.
