Responsibilities
- Develop pre construction strategies by reviewing tender documents and collaborating with Engineering, Tendering, SCM, and other key departments
- Prepare high quality tender inputs, including construction methodologies, site logistics, technical clarifications, risk registers, value engineering proposals, and C&C Time Schedules
- Conduct site visits to assess feasibility, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver clear site visit reports for internal stakeholders
- Engage with subcontractors, suppliers, and design teams to review inquiries, evaluate capabilities, and support development of subcontracting strategies
- Analyze tender bills of quantities, manpower needs, and temporary site facility requirements to ensure accurate planning and robust execution strategies
- Prepare and further develop C&C Time Schedules and Execution Strategies for both sales and handover phases, supporting smooth transition into project execution and alignment with EPC milestones
Requirements
- A university degree in engineering (preferably construction management or a related field)
- Several years of experience in the construction industry
- Solid background in EPC projects
- Proven experience in pre construction and estimating work
- Strong experience in both design and implementation phases within construction or related engineering fields
- Proficiency in cost estimation, project scheduling, and risk assessment
- Familiarity in tools such as Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Fluency in English and preferably an additional language relevant to the region of responsibility
