Responsibilities
Drive the continued development of the service and assembly organization
Define and implement new assembly technologies
Lead local development projects
Further develop the qualification and training program
Analyze and advance modern assembly and service technologies
Implement new procedures for plant engineering
Optimize production resources and processes
Identify and define required training measures
Manage improvement and expansion projects
Independently develop concepts to further advance the assembly organization
Requirements
Completed technical education with further qualification (e.g., state-certified technician), university of applied sciences degree (FH), diploma, or equivalent qualification
Several years of practical experience in supply engineering / building services / energy engineering or related fields
Proficient in MS Office and ideally familiar with the VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures)
Ability to prepare content in a structured manner and present it convincingly
Occasional willingness to travel to customers / construction sites / branch offices
