- Own and manage all non‑production environments across key SaaS platforms (ShareDo, Elite 3E, etc.)
- Ensure Test & UAT environments mirror live configuration, integrations, workflows & security
- Manage scheduling, booking, and availability for multiple project streams and release cycles
- Validate data refreshes, integration stability, deployment rehearsals for release readiness
- Troubleshoot environment issues with SaaS vendors, DevOps, and engineering teams
- Drive automation of provisioning, refresh, and deployment processes
- Govern code promotion, configuration migration, and rollback processes
- Monitor health & performance of all non‑production environments
- Maintain accurate documentation (integration maps, deployment guides, refresh schedules)
- Continuously improve environment management processes and stability
