Responsibilities
Responsible for managing daily operations and for coordinating, monitoring and reviewing all activities across the stores
Lead, direct and coordinate the Operation Managers and schedule weekly meetings to discuss financial results and operational matters
Assume full operational and financial responsibility for the site’s F&B units
Ensure compliance with Avolta standards, ethical business practices, legal regulations and local laws
Work closely with the Support Center in Hamburg and the group’s support functions
Strictly adhere to group standards, policies and established processes together with the team
Ensure fast, clear and unambiguous communication between management and the operational departments
Improve key business metrics (e.g. average check, productivity)
Create a team culture that fosters team-building both within individual teams and across departments
Prepare and manage budgets and actively control revenue and expenses
Represent the operational departments internally and externally and maintain an open, cooperative relationship with our landlord built on shared success
Requirements
University degree or equivalent qualification, ideally from a hotel management school or in business administration
Minimum of 5 years’ leadership experience in a senior role within the F&B sector
Strong knowledge of cost and quality control as well as relevant safety and hygiene regulations
Hands-on mentality with a strong guest-oriented approach
High level of empathy and strong leadership skills
Ability to delegate effectively and to operate confidently at operational, tactical and strategic levels
Experience implementing HR policies and training programs to secure service quality
