About the role
- Senior Consultant in IT Service Sourcing joining a consulting firm to guide clients on IT strategies and sourcing solutions. Engage in project leadership and quality management for digital transformations in various sectors.
Responsibilities
- Advise and take on (partial) project leadership for client projects to develop IT and sourcing strategies, including deriving recommendations for appropriate sourcing options
- Develop quality management models and measurement methods to assess service performance quality
- Ensure smooth execution from market exploration, through preparation of tender documents and contract negotiations to award, for both public procurements and private tenders
- Support the subsequent transition and transformation and ensure a smooth handover to operations
- Identify clients' organizational challenges and jointly develop tailored solutions for building the retained organization and managing their service providers.
Requirements
- At least three years of project and/or consulting experience in the relevant domains
- Good understanding of frameworks such as ITIL, SAFe, COBIT or SIAM
- Strong analytical skills to structure complexity and clarify interrelationships
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
- Knowledge of creative methods, Kanban, Scrum and Design Thinking rounds off your profile
