Responsibilities
Lead project delivery for client engagements to establish a service-oriented approach in IT organizations
Define service models, services and SLAs, and design the necessary roles and governance structures
Support the implementation and/or adaptation of ITSM processes at the client
Further develop our consulting offering by contributing experience and new methods
Provide subject-matter leadership to other (Senior) Consultants in joint projects
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in consulting as a Lead Consultant or leadership experience within an IT organization
Strong understanding of frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT or SIAM
Highly independent and self-driven working style, able to take responsibility in challenging situations
Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking and an above-average solution orientation
Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
