About the role
- Managing Consultant leading IT services orientation projects within an IT organization. Defining service models, governing structures, and guiding ITSM process implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead client projects to establish service orientation within IT organizations.
- Define service models, services and SLAs, and design the necessary roles and governance structures.
- Support the implementation and/or adaptation of ITSM processes at client organizations.
- Further develop our consulting offering by contributing your experience and new methods.
- Provide subject-matter leadership to other (senior) consultants in joint projects.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in consulting as a lead consultant, or leadership experience in an IT organization.
- Strong understanding of frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT or SIAM.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility in challenging situations.
- Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and an above-average solution orientation.
- Very good presentation and communication skills in German.
