About the role

  • IT Support Specialist responsible for user helpdesk and support management in a growing IT consulting company. Collaborating with users and managing IT installations and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for 1st & 2nd level IT support and for handling incidents both on-site and remotely
  • Manage user, access and mailbox administration, as well as inventory and asset management
  • Responsible for the installation, administration and maintenance of Windows & iOS devices
  • Document IT operations workflows and maintain our self-service knowledge bases

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in IT support or a user helpdesk
  • Good experience with Microsoft Windows/Server, iOS and networking, as well as M365 products, Active Directory and ticketing systems
  • Scripting knowledge with PowerShell is a plus
  • Team player with a communicative and reliable manner
