Responsibilities
Responsible for 1st & 2nd level IT support and for handling incidents both on-site and remotely
Manage user, access and mailbox administration, as well as inventory and asset management
Responsible for the installation, administration and maintenance of Windows & iOS devices
Document IT operations workflows and maintain our self-service knowledge bases
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in IT support or a user helpdesk
Good experience with Microsoft Windows/Server, iOS and networking, as well as M365 products, Active Directory and ticketing systems
Scripting knowledge with PowerShell is a plus
Team player with a communicative and reliable manner
