About the role

  • Cloud Engineer managing AWS infrastructures and Kubernetes environments for security consulting. Collaborating with teams on incident response and CI/CD pipeline automation.

Responsibilities

  • Build, operate and develop secure AWS cloud infrastructures using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Set up and efficiently manage Kubernetes clusters, e.g. EKS
  • Develop and automate CI/CD pipelines, including DevSecOps checks
  • Support the Incident Response team in analyzing and handling IT security incidents
  • Work closely with clients as well as DevOps, security and development teams

Requirements

  • Several years of experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and infrastructure automation, e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation
  • Solid expertise in Kubernetes operations and security
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
  • Analytical ability to structure complexity, clarify relationships, and design and explain technical concepts
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
