About the role

  • Project Manager managing large projects from order to commissioning in Pharma for Coperion. Leading interdisciplinary teams and ensuring timely project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the complete management of large projects, from order intake to commissioning
  • Coordination and control of all project-related activities, including technical planning, resource management and quality assurance
  • Ensuring precise capture of technical requirements and translating them into detailed engineering deliverables
  • Close collaboration with internal and external partners
  • Leading cross-functional teams, managing schedules and budgets
  • Monitoring timely project execution
  • Contributing to the efficient implementation of innovations and sustainable solutions for process engineering challenges

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Process Engineering or a comparable field
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in plant engineering or process technology
  • Experience coordinating interdisciplinary teams
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
  • Confident use of project management tools and MS Office
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
