About the role

  • Client Support Coordinator supporting client services and retirement teams at Hilb Group. Processing client employee information and supporting team members with organizational tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Client Services Team and the Retirement Team
  • This is a non-client facing support role
  • Processes client new hires, terminations and change forms
  • Processes employee enrollments, renewals, changes, and terminations for medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and other benefits programs
  • Maintain/Update QC sheets
  • 401(k), 403(b) Retirement Contribution report processing and tracking
  • Assists in data entry and maintenance of client employee information as instructed by the Client Account Managers
  • Utilize internal tracking system to retrieve work in priority order
  • Enter work into internal tracking system

Requirements

  • Highschool or GED required
  • At least 1 to 2 years of previous experience in HR/Benefits is preferred, but not required
  • Strong written & verbal skills
  • Organization and attention to detail are required skills
  • Must be able to prioritize work based on company needs
  • Independent and self-motivated thinker and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Developed computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
