Senior Tech Recruiter managing the full recruiting cycle for Gapstars' Portugal hub. Focusing on tech recruitment, employer branding, and scaling operations in a fast-growing environment.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, closing
Build and manage pipelines for all roles across Tech and Finance
Develop creative sourcing strategies tailored to the Portuguese market
Partner directly with hiring managers and client stakeholders to define hiring needs
Champion our employer brand locally: events, partnerships, LinkedIn, you name it
Help define and refine our recruiting playbook as we scale
Contribute to a culture where great people want to work and stay
Thrive in a fast-moving scale-up environment where no two days look the same and where everyone chips in beyond their core role when needed
Requirements
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech
Deep knowledge of the Portuguese talent market. You know where to find great people
A track record of filling hard-to-fill roles, not just easy ones
Strong ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and partners
An ownership mentality: you don't wait to be told what to do, you make it happen
Energy that makes a 20-person office punch above its weight.
Fluency in English, Portuguese is a pré
Experience with modern ATS tools and data-driven recruiting (bonus: experience with Bullhorn)
Bonus: experience recruiting in a nearshore, scale-up, or multi-client environment
