About the role

• Project Manager for EID, a high-tech company in Defence sector, ensuring project success and client satisfaction. Engaging in project planning, risk management, and communication throughout the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact with the client throughout the project lifecycle;
• Analyse project scope, timelines, and costs in detail;
• Develop and implement the project management plan;
• Identify, assess, and manage risks, maintaining a risk mitigation plan;
• Coordinate internal and external resources, including subcontractors;
• Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget;
• Plan and oversee internal orders and purchase requests;
• Record lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle;
• Ensure deadlines are met, implementing corrective actions when necessary;
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction;
• Implement quality management practices to ensure high-standard delivery.

Requirements

• University degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Management, or a related field;
• Proven experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks in complex projects;
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills;
• Ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects within defined deadlines and budgets;
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban);
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) for effective communication with international teams.
