Requirements
7+ years of project management experience, preferably within wealth or asset management data modernization initiatives.
Strong understanding of data management concepts, modernization strategies, and related technologies.
Experience working with data migration, ETL processes, and data governance frameworks.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging senior executives and technical teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, Business, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
