- Provides overall administrative and technical direction for the project.
- Maintain safety standards in all aspects of the project.
- Contribute to the pre-award process of determining project scope, planning and estimating.
- Participate in the development of the project budget and schedule and develop the project execution plan.
- Monitor and control progress, costs and budgets throughout the project.
- Responsible for planning, scheduling and estimating any potential scope changes.
Requirements
- Experience in contract interpretation
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the capacity of Project Manager
- Other aspects of construction management including cost estimating
- Experience advising and reporting to senior and executive management
- Strong customer focus
- Demonstrates integrity, strong initiative, work ethic, focus on safety and quality of work
- Highly experienced individuals are desired
- Post-secondary education is an asset but not required.
