About the role
- Senior Network Engineer responsible for network systems design and support for Minotaur Business Unit. Collaborating with clients in Jacksonville, FL to implement and maintain network solutions.
Responsibilities
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network systems for Minotaur systems and associated networks.
- Performing system setup and integration, including hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of servers and workstations.
- Independently provides problem resolution and technical support for Minotaur systems and associated networks.
- Provides support and analysis for the design, validation, and configuration management of Minotaur systems.
- Administrating operational user's system access and assisting governments security team to meet security posture.
- Monitoring system performance to support future development backlog, backup transitions, and mitigation planning.
- Providing on-site user support and gathering of system feedback to provide customer insights to management.
Requirements
- 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on system setup and integration
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and technologies
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US level Top Secret clearance
