About the role

  • Sales Advisor focused on customer growth in BT's dynamic team of over 12,000. Delivering customer acquisition and retention in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • You will deliver defined revenue, product volume and quality targets through the acquisition and retention of UK SME customers.
  • Sales opportunities are initiated by either an inbound call from a customer or outbound call as part of a specific campaign and in accordance with business requirements.
  • You will answer, and respond to, customer enquiries efficiently, effectively and appropriately in accordance with defined processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Customer focused – the ability to understand the importance of customer acquisition and deliver customer satisfaction targets.
  • Creative in approach to generating revenue
  • Excellent communication skills – knows how to demonstrate, promote and sell
  • Be passionate, ambitious and driven in your career
