About the role

  • Regional Manager overseeing retail locations in Texas with a focus on talent acquisition and performance rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the rehabilitation of retail locations to restore performance and profitability
  • Manage full-cycle Talent Acquisition initiatives for Sales Representatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, including dress codes and cleanliness standards
  • Conduct team meetings and training for staff development
  • Coordinate Recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring processes
  • Handle payroll tracking and accurate processing
  • Lead ethical practices in sales training and compliance with hiring regulations.

Requirements

  • Experience in retail management or a similar role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs
  • Proficient in customer service and sales strategies
  • Must be open to relocation as required
  • Skills in Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development.
  • Knowledge of ethical hiring practices and compliance regulations.
