About the role

  • Engineer specializing in decentralized energy supply solutions for business and industry. Handling planning and project execution with various energy systems in Hamburg.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and execution of projects for decentralized energy supply solutions for commercial and industrial clients, as well as district/quarter energy supply systems, using boiler systems, CHP units, refrigeration systems, heat recovery, heat pumps, ORC systems, steam supply, pellet and wood combustion systems, photovoltaics, and solar thermal systems
  • Detailed design and permitting (approval) planning
  • Preparation of cost estimates and specifications/tender documents
  • Construction/site supervision
  • Commissioning management

Requirements

  • You have a completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Process Engineering, Building Services/Supply Engineering, or a comparable field
  • You are flexible, helpful, communicative and a strong team player
  • You work independently and take responsibility for your tasks
  • Confident user of MS Office applications
  • Good spoken and written German language skills
  • Willingness to travel for site visits and customer meetings
  • Valid driving licence (car)
