Responsibilities
Own technical integration delivery for priority customers — from first API call through production scale
Write TypeScript/Node.js code to build, customize, and debug integrations with payments systems, cloud platforms, and third-party APIs
Debug complex real-world issues live with customers
Build reusable solutions and playbooks that turn one-off customer problems into repeatable wins for the team
Translate customer friction into clear product and engineering insights
Work closely with core engineering on reliability, performance, and DX improvements
Requirements
3+ years or equivalent shipped systems
Strong TypeScript/Node.js engineer
Experience with payments and cloud platforms
Solid on backend and data fundamentals
Security-aware
High ownership with customers
