Responsibilities
You take responsibility for diverse projects related to the development of new insurance products.
You plan, structure and manage projects and subprojects — from idea to Go Live.
You monitor schedules, resources and milestones and ensure that everyone pulls in the same direction.
You evaluate the outcomes of your projects and analyze risks as well as potential improvements.
You plan and facilitate project meetings, document progress and ensure that results and learnings are shared transparently.
Requirements
You hold a degree in economics/business administration or a commercial vocational qualification with corresponding project management credentials.
You have several years of experience in project leadership within the insurance sector.
You are characterized by an independent and results-oriented working style.
You enjoy working in a team and seek collaborative exchange.
You are eager to take responsibility and to experience the dynamics of a true scale-up.
You have business-fluent German and very good English skills.
