About the role

  • Experienced Customer Support Specialist managing customer inquiries in insurance. Handling various customer support tasks via phone and email with a team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

  • You handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email and act as a fast and competent contact person (m/f/d) for our customers.
  • You provide our customers with comprehensive advice on our insurance products and services.
  • You maintain and manage our customer data diligently and ensure it is always up to date.
  • You manage our review portals and actively contribute to a positive external perception.
  • You work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth service experience.
  • You contribute your own suggestions for optimizing our processes and help shape them actively.

Requirements

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in customer support (call center, insurance, e-commerce, or comparable industries).
  • You are experienced in handling phone and written inquiries as well as complaint cases.
  • You have a strong customer- and service-oriented mindset, even in challenging situations.
  • You follow an independent, proactive, and responsible working style.
  • You are motivated to develop further, team-oriented, and curious about new topics.
  • You have fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
