Requirements
You have at least 5 years of experience in customer support (call center, insurance, e-commerce, or comparable industries).
You are experienced in handling phone and written inquiries as well as complaint cases.
You have a strong customer- and service-oriented mindset, even in challenging situations.
You follow an independent, proactive, and responsible working style.
You are motivated to develop further, team-oriented, and curious about new topics.
You have fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
