About the role

  • Customer Service Specialist at Clickstop ensuring an industry-best customer experience for Fasteners Plus. Collaborating with teams to drive sales and enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Aligning with Clickstop’s Core Values to drive our culture and business forward.
  • Providing an industry best customer experience for one of our e-commerce brands, Fasteners Plus.
  • Recognizing and identifying customer needs and opportunities by being a great listener.
  • Continuously improving our processes.
  • Managing platforms, data, and processes in an organized and effective manner to ensure all key team members are executing their work with the best information possible for the customer.
  • Working within a highly collaborative team and strategizing with our Marketing, Operations, Freight, and Purchasing teams to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Demonstrating our commitment to our brand promise by providing customers what they want, when they need it on their first call.
  • Completing daily tasks while living out our values and code through self-awareness and integrity.
  • Openly discussing and relaying information with stellar follow-up and execution.
  • Celebrating what is going well while identifying opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Employee has been employed with Clickstop for at least 6 months.
  • Employee is Engaged.
  • Employee is meeting the expectations of their current role.
  • Employee is in good standing as defined by not currently under formal discipline and has not received formal discipline in the prior 90 days.
  • Employee and their current manager have discussed the opportunity prior to applying.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Employment is contingent upon the completion of a satisfactory background check.
