Requirements
15+ years of progressive leadership in SaaS, healthcare technology, or education technology.
Proven record of scaling businesses globally with direct P&L ownership.
Strong commercial and financial acumen - revenue, growth, budgeting.
Experience leading cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, Customer Success).
Familiarity with software development methodologies and how they align to business outcomes.
Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
Known for coaching leaders and developing talent while delivering results.
