About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Partner managing end-to-end recruitment for Gdansk office at Hempel. Collaborating with HR and business leaders to meet talent acquisition strategies and goals.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted consultant to hiring managers and business partners regarding talent acquisition strategies
  • Partner with HR Partners and Business to plan for future demand in Poland
  • Drive Hempel’s growth agenda with talent pipelining/sourcing methods
  • Be a key player in TA transformation journey
  • Act as key custodian for candidate experience
  • Conduct interviews and assessments as part of the selection process
  • Utilize data analytics, insights and reporting to inform TA strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
  • More than 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with end-to-end recruitment experience from candidate sourcing to offer
  • Prior experience of recruiting for factories/manufacturing in addition to corporate roles is preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in working with recruitment job boards, sourcing, local employer brand promotion and talent pipeline establishment
  • Prior experience of working with Workday or similar ATS is a plus
  • Prior experience of working in multi-national companies and has strong sense of cross-functional collaboration is preferred
  • Fluent spoken and written English & Polish language proficiency
