About the role

  • Customer service representative managing customer inquiries via phone and email for Münzenversandhaus Reppa GmbH. Contributing to customer loyalty through support and solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Telephone and written customer correspondence, including handling emails and WhatsApp messages
  • General customer service administration (account clarification, complaint handling, and developing individual solutions)
  • Advising and supporting our customers
  • Actively contributing to customer retention

Requirements

  • A completed commercial or equivalent vocational training is an advantage; we also welcome career changers
  • You have a strong customer-focused mindset, good communication skills, and negotiation ability
  • You have experience in commercial/administrative tasks and are proficient with common MS Office applications
  • You are flexible, outgoing, and remain calm and composed under stress
