About the role

  • Monteur für den Kundenservice bei GFA in Deutschland für Wartung, Inbetriebnahme und Umbau von Brandschutzanlagen. Reise- und Notdienstbereitschaft erforderlich, sowie kundenfreundlicher Umgang.

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of water-based fire suppression systems, fire alarm systems, and special extinguishing systems at customer sites
  • Commissioning of water-based fire suppression systems, fire alarm systems, and special extinguishing systems
  • Expansion and modification/retrofit of fire protection systems
  • Willingness to travel and to work on-call/emergency service

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as a gas and water installer (plumber) or metalworker/locksmith, or a comparable vocational qualification
  • Initial professional experience in customer service
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
  • Customer-focused attitude
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Solution-oriented and independent working style
