About the role

  • Technician in customer service maintaining fire protection systems for clients. Responsible for installation, upgrades, and service readiness in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of water-based extinguishing systems, fire alarm systems, and special extinguishing systems at customer sites
  • Commissioning of water-based extinguishing systems, fire alarm systems, and special extinguishing systems
  • Expansion and modification/retrofitting of fire protection systems
  • Willingness to travel and participate in on-call/emergency duty

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as a gas and water installer or as a locksmith/metalworker, or an equivalent qualification
  • Initial professional experience in customer service
  • Valid Class B driver's license
  • Customer-oriented attitude
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Solution-oriented and able to work independently
