Work closely together with our broad network of drilling contractors and oil & gas operators.
Identify technological bottlenecks.
Work with pre-sales and engineering to design solutions and build business cases demonstrating clear ROI.
Shape product roadmap; insights directly influence what we build next.
Requirements
5+ years enterprise B2B sales in oil & gas (drilling contractors, upstream operators, or oilfield service companies)
Proven new business track record: prospecting and closing net-new enterprise accounts.
Specific metrics (ARR closed, deal sizes) are strong signals.
Enterprise SaaS sales experience with 6-9 month sales cycles where technical credibility and ROI justification matter.
Problem-first approach: lead with customer challenges, not product features.
Technical fluency: discuss edge computing, industrial IoT, AI/ML, and OT/IT convergence credibly with technical buyers.
Commercial judgment: know when to qualify out, when to bring in pre-sales, how to prioritize for maximum ROI.
Excellent English communication across operations, safety, and technology stakeholders.
Based in the Netherlands or willing to relocate.
