Respond to user inquiries with empathy, responsiveness and efficiency (channels: chat, email, phone)
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services
Participate in lead conversion and commercial follow-up
Collaborate with product, ops and marketing teams to escalate and relay user feedback
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Care & Sales processes
Requirements
Curious and eager to understand things in depth by working closely with operational teams (technical and business) and connecting findings to the strategic vision
Fluent in French and English
Comfortable working in an international environment
