About the role

  • Agent Support Client managing customer inquiries for Heetch. Working in a hybrid environment to support Care & Sales operations in Algeria.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to user inquiries with empathy, responsiveness and efficiency (channels: chat, email, phone)
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services
  • Participate in lead conversion and commercial follow-up
  • Collaborate with product, ops and marketing teams to escalate and relay user feedback
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Care & Sales processes

Requirements

  • Curious and eager to understand things in depth by working closely with operational teams (technical and business) and connecting findings to the strategic vision
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Comfortable working in an international environment
